Our home is just 10 minutes down the road from the village, located in Salamanca, offering privacy with 3 acres of land and a pond—a perfect spot to play endlessly and enjoy a restful night's sleep after plenty of fresh air. For skiers heading to HoliMont, our place is conveniently on the way, providing peace in the outdoors while still being close to the Village of Ellicottville for skiing or tubing.
The house comfortably fits two families or a large group with three adult bedrooms and two bunkbed rooms. Two main bedrooms are located on the first floor with a standing-only shower, making it accessible without stairs for grandparents. The big kitchen invites you to relax with wine, prepare cozy dinners, and gather around the large table for fun activities like Christmas cooking and decorating.
